This group introduces young children to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through structured movement, balance exercises, and play-based learning.

Classes are designed to build a positive attitude toward physical activity while gently introducing children to the training environment.
Ages 7–9
In this stage, children begin learning simple Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques through clear explanations and guided practice.

Ages 10+
The 10+ group serves as a transition toward adult-style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
