The International Jiu-Jitsu School (IJS) was founded in 2016 in Ukraine and expanded to Paphos in 2023, bringing years of international coaching and competition experience to Cyprus.

Our academy is built on a structured training system, professional coaching, and a clear long-term development philosophy. We focus not only on athletic performance, but on building strong, disciplined, and resilient individuals.

Jiu-jitsu at IJS develops physical ability, mental toughness, emotional control, and social confidence. Through consistent training, technical progression, and optional competition pathways, our students learn how to overcome challenges—both on the mat and in everyday life.
